Partner Spotlight: TGB Lawyers
Your membership isn't only about everyday savings — it's there for life's bigger moments too. Through ShopRite, members get a free first interview with TGB Lawyers (Tindall Gask Bentley), one of Australia's most established legal teams. In this spotlight we look at who they are and how the member benefit works.
More than 40 years on your side
Tindall Gask Bentley — better known as TGB Lawyers — has been helping everyday Australians with injury, family and estate matters for more than 40 years. Today the firm has over 60 lawyers across four states, with a Perth office in West Perth and a presence in Rockingham, so WA members are looked after locally.
They're known for clear, plain-English advice and a caring, common-sense approach — the kind of team you want in your corner when something stressful lands in your lap.
What they help with
TGB covers the areas of law most people actually need at some point in their lives:
- Personal injury & compensation — car and motor vehicle accidents, workers' compensation, public liability, asbestos and dust-disease claims, and military (DVA) matters
- Family law & divorce — separation, parenting and property settlements, handled with a calm, personalised approach
- Wills & estates — making a will, estate planning, probate and estate disputes
- Employment — including unfair dismissal and workplace issues
- Criminal & driving offences
Many personal injury matters can be run on a no win, no fee basis — the TGB team can explain whether that applies to your situation during your first interview.
The ShopRite member benefit
Here's where your membership helps: ShopRite members are entitled to a free first interview with TGB Lawyers. It can be held in person or over the phone, so you can get an honest read on where you stand before deciding whether to go any further — with no pressure and no upfront cost.
Why it pays to ask early
Legal matters — especially compensation claims — often come with strict time limits, and acting early can make a real difference to your options. Because the first interview is free for members, there's little reason to sit on a question. A short conversation is usually enough for TGB to tell you whether you have a claim worth pursuing.
