"I thought I just had to say thank you, for all your team's excellent work. My wife and I had built a new house and put a home theatre in, but needed to buy a big screen TV and DVD player to set the whole atmosphere off.

I did plenty of research shopping around for the best prices on both items and finally bargained down the TV from $2500 to $1999 which I thought would be the lowest I would get. After speaking to a work friend he suggested I try Shop Rite, and to my surprise Shop Rite came back with a price of $1650 and to boot they cut $50 off the price of the matching DVD as well, and managed to get free delivery.

Our old freezer (full of food) was starting to fail so I didn't have much time to shop around for a replacement. It was just so easy to to use Shop Rite's website to email in my best quote and within five days, our new freezer was delivered. I have to recommend your electrical supplier in Claremont not only for the bargain price but also for their enthusiasm and attention to customers. Jason contacted me when he said he would, coped cheerfully with one change of mind on my part and, best of all, delivered the freezer in the evening at the time he said he would deliver.Thanks for a great service."

I wanted a 'new' car so took the plunge and emailed Shoprite and was contacted by Billy Cocks straight away. He was very easy to talk to and I was very comfortable dealing with him. He also phoned almost daily keeping to update me with his progress. Being at the opposite end of the State to the big car salesyards and not having the experience of buying a used car was made so much easier by Billy doing the legwork for me.

After I decided to buy the car he had found Billy arranged for it to be put on the truck and took it to the company to transport up to me. Friends in town were sceptical about buying a car sight unseen and trusting a stranger to find one for me,and although several knew of the service Shoprite offered, none had actually used it. I am most certainly glad I did and look forward to some good years driving my 'new' car."

"I am writing to tell you of my experiences with Billy Cocks.

Late last year my husband and I had decided that we needed to buy a new car. We agreed what our needs were and how much we could afford and after conducting some research on the internet and visiting new car showrooms finally decided on a new Mazda. I wanted to get the best deal so I contacted Shop Rite and was put in touch with Billy. I spoke with Billy on the Monday and we picked up our new car on Wednesday.

In those few days Billy took care of everything. He picked up our trade in car to get it valued, he arranged all the paperwork and even brought it to me at work to sign. He kept me informed at all times of what was happening and best of all he got us a really good deal.

I purchased a demo model LG washer which was on the floor at $689 (from $799), best price was $649 and got it delivered for $629. And as it was a demo - no box to dispose of!! With savings like these, my union membership might be tax deductable, but I almost feel like I am the one being paid just to be a member!!"

Just a note to say how pleased I was with Shop Rite's prompt service and also on receiving the 'best' price on my Sony DVD player. For someone who doesn't like to haggle over the price of goods with shop assistants it is great to know I can ring Shop Rite and they will get me the very best price. After being told by the retailer I first went to, that the model I wanted was in very short supply and I would be put on a waiting list, to then being told by your retailer that I could pick the item up the next day and with such a great discount, I can't tell how pleased I was! I will certainly be using Shop Rite again."
